Job description
Education : Bachelor s degree in HR or related field
What you will do
Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire boarding activities including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations.
Support employee performance management process including goal setting, performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Assist in employee relations matters including conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, etc
Maintain accurate and up to date employee records in the system.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
What is Required
Bachelor s degree in HR or related field.
Strong understanding or HR principles, practices and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability too interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
