Job description
As a HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeingall aspects of human resources operations, including talent acquisition, recruitment,performance management, and employee relations.
Requirements
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop andimplement HR strategies that support the companys growth, culture, and goals.
Provide thought leadership on HR best practices, trends,and industry insights.
Lead the full cycle of talent acquisition, from jobrequisition to onboarding, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent.
Implement effective strategies for candidate sourcing,selection, and employer branding.
Oversee the development of comprehensive onboarding andtraining programs to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Handle complex employee relations matters, addressinggrievances, conflicts, and providing solutions to maintain a positive workenvironment.
Utilize data-driven insights to assess HR metrics,identify trends, and make informed decisions
