Job description
Position: Executive HR | Senior HR Executive
Role: HR Operations
Experience Required: 3-5 Years
Educational Qualification: MBA HR |MPM | Any Equivalent Degree in HR
Role and Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the operational effectiveness and efficiency of end-to-end HR processes like Travel, Onboarding, BVC, Employee File Management, HR Information Management, Employee Helpdesk, HR System Ops and vendor management.
End-to-end management of the Travel process (International and Domestic). Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (air, visa, lodgings, forex procurement etc.) and operations. Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors. Provide advice on travel documents, insurance etc.
Data Management
Owner of employee data, audit and updating of records on all HR systems.
HR Reporting
Support special projects as and when needed.
Required Skills
A great communicator with a strong command on spoken and written English.
Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end management of Travel process (International and Domestic). Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies.
Hands on experience on handling HR Operational processes mentioned above.
Detail oriented and have a process driven approach, quick problem-solving skills.
Displays a sense of urgency with the task at hand.
Team player and influencer who is not focused on titles and willing to pitch in and help out where necessary.
Exhibit integrity, excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy skills.
Has excellent technical, analytical and diagnostic skills.
Knowledge of basic MS software, and good excel skills.
Exposure and hands-on Experience on HRIS preferably SAP is a must.
Result and customer service oriented.
Ability to hustle and multitask.
