Job Brief
We are seeking HR executives who will provide excellent support and assistance to the team and managers and be responsible for recruiting new talent, help the team in other HR operational work.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions on the social handles, LinkedIn and Naukri, hires.
Screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews with various line managers and directors
Plan and strategize to close the open requirements within the timeframe for IT & NON IT hiring
Documentation for the shortlisted candidates, verifying and conducting reference checks before onboarding the candidate
Planning entire Employee orientation for new joinees (including email creation, laptop/desktop arrangements, welcome mailers etc.)
Coordinating with the internal managers for departmental requirement
Releasing official documents to new joinees
Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
Monthly attendance and payroll
Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports.
Any other responsibilities may be assigned to you over and above your KRAs during your tenure
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR duties (IT/ Non-IT recruitment, documentation, attendance & payroll)
Experience of minimum one years in hiring and talent management
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
A team player, who can thrive in a fast-paced, high growth start-up environment Outstanding organizational ability with a meticulous focus on detail
Must be comfortable with cloud-based software and other technology tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Should be exceptionally well-versed with Excel.
The ability and willingness to work from 9.30 to 6.30 Monday to Saturday;
Excellent at communicating, listening and understanding the applicants.
Good at evaluating resumes and selection process
Good in verbal and written English
