Role & responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
implementation and administration of the performance management system.
Assist in setting performance standards and goals for employees.
Track and report on employee performance metrics.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
Provide support in handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
