Job description
1. Develop HR policies, ensure implementation & compliance.
2. Implement effective sourcing, screening & interview techniques.
3. Internal hiring eg. Counselor, Digital Marketing, Technical trainers.
4. Hire freelancer / Industry experts for Online training in technologies like Data Science, AWS, Python etc.
5. Monitor & maintain all hiring within budget.
6. Maintain Time Sheet, Leave records.
7. Maintain employee KRA , KPI
8. Salary calculation for full-time & contractual staff.
9. Ensure employee engagement & retention
10. Overall daily operations of an HR department.
Skills required
1. Proven work experience as an HR Executive
2. IT Technical background/knowledge preferred.
3. Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
4. Excellent communication & social-media networking skills.
5. Good negotiation skills.
6. Self-driven, Confident & Proactive.
