1.Recruitment
2. Interaction with employees: includes planning and carrying out recruitment and selection process for new employees, organizing training and orientation programs for the newly-joined employees.
3. Formulating company policies, Documentation, and handling PF and ESI Queries.
4. Interaction with external players: includes negotiating with insurance companies to get attractive plans for the company's employees.
5. Other responsibilities include defining retirement benefits, conducting exit interviews, processing final settlements, etc.
