Roles & Responsibilities:
1+ years of experience as HR Executive
HR Generalist End to End Activities, offer letter, Payroll, Attendance & Timesheet Management, on boarding/Joining formalities,
EXIT Formalities, BGV,
Leave Management,
Employee Database
Experience on HRMS tool is added advantage,
Hike Discussions, Employee(consultant) Relations,
Employee Grievances,
Documentation,
Management Reports,
Admin activities
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Females are preferred.
Organizing team building activities along with festival celebrations.
Positive with a can-do attitude.
Act as a primary point of contact for the contract employees HR-related queries, concerns and requests for information.
