Job Description
Maintaining 360 degree performance appraisal cycle
Expertise with HR Compliances (Mandatory)
Consolidation, analysis and presentation in a summarized way
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Maintain employee files and records
Taking care for PF challans & compliances
Assist in implementing the employee engagement activities
PF & ESIC Clearance
Performance Management System
