Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Maintains payroll information after collecting from regions, calculating, and putting on Spine Payroll HRMS
Managing Leave and Attendance records on daily basis which act as an input to Payroll management.
Generation of all Statutory Reports, CTC Reports, MIS etc.
New joinees Personal file hiring as per ISO guidelines
Handling employee queries& grievances related to PF claims /UAN/KYC/corrections in employee database
Assist payroll team in verification and formatting of monthly payroll and salary processing
Submission of half yearly returns to MLWF dept
Good tap on Labour laws & must have experience in HR Audit and Labour Audit Filing Annual Return of Bonus, Wages, Sexual Harassment etc.
Processing of Full & Final Settlements, related Grievance & Gratuity of employees on time.
Employee communication through various channels Transfer, Deputation, Separation, disciplinary action & others.
Maintaining of Employee records, salary masters preparation of payroll dashboard.
Visits to statutory offices like PF, ESIC as on when required
Responsible for Start to End Payroll activity for salary processing
Desired candidate profile:-
Should be a MBA (Post Graduate)
Good in Communication
Must be hands on in (Spine Payroll)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
Immediate Joiner would be preferable.
