Full job description
We are looking for Male Candidate only with 1 to 2 Years of experience in Payroll Processing with Immediate joining. Experience in Recruitment will be an advantage.
Job Description:
- Responsible Joining & Exit formalities
- Daily Leave & attendance management (sharing with location)
- Weekly Payroll Report & MIS Reports.
- Payroll/Salary Processing & follow up for the payment
- Salary slips sharing with the Staff after the payroll.
- Generate ESIC, LWF, PT & PF Monthly Challans & ECR and followup for payment.
- HR Payroll and Compliance Reports.
- Handling the PF/ESIC/KYC Updation queries of all the location.
- Responsible for HR Compliance
- Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports
-Monthly Head Count Report of Active employees, New Joining, Full & final data, Exit employees data.
- Recruitment-PAN India Level
