Responsible for entire recruitment process for all direct/contract hire opportunities
Participate in a variety of recruitment activities so that the organization’s recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.
Responsible for employee on-boarding and ensure complete documentation
Appointment order release, updating Employee Data in database, Mail Id Creation, Welcome Mail , Bio Metric Registration , HR Policy Orientation, Seating & IT Requirements
Conduct employee orientation/induction and introductory training so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization
Responsible for maintaining employee leave tracker, employee engagement activities, monthly payroll, Employee Separation process and complete employee life cycle
Capable at managing administrative activities involving purchase of office equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security etc.
Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests.
Liasioning and coordinating with various departments within the corporate office and the branch office.
Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.
Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment’s, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.
