Responsible for HR forecasting and budgeting, and periodic management information reports and analysis
To assist in training and development activities.
To maintain relationship with third party vendor who manages HR related software for the organisation.
To look after admin bill processing and travel arrangements for all the employees.
Maintain HR Related Data and timely send reports to Group HR.
New Join employees onboarding, Joining Formalities, Biometric Addition
Attendance Monitoring.
Leave data Management.
Supporting Admin Team for day-to-day work.
Maintain Employee Life cycle.
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrolment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
Check all HR Compliances.
