1. Manage HR records and databases.
2. Administer employee data changes.
3. Process employee separations.
4. Manage HR reports and analytics.
5. Ensure HR process compliance.
Employee Communications:
1. Develop internal communications strategies.
2. Create and disseminate HR-related information.
3. Manage employee feedback mechanisms.
4. Ensure transparency and clarity.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Manage employee exit interviews.
2. Handling F & F Settlement
