Full job description
As an HR Executive in an overseas manpower recruitment company, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the recruitment process for overseas placements. You will be involved in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various job positions in foreign countries. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and candidates.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the overseas manpower recruitment industry.
Familiarity with international recruitment processes, visa regulations, and labor laws.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, databases, and other HR tools.
