GlobalDatas HR team is looking to hire a Executive / Senior Executive Talent Acquisition.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Ability to articulate the GlobalData value proposition and culture both externally and internally
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work cross functionally within the organization to make things happen and impact results
Ability to operate independently, make decisions, and have a strong work ethic
Strong track record of sourcing and hiring passive talent
Passion for perfection and strong follow-through abilities
Masters degree in HR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer accept
Identify talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
You will become a talent adviser for hiring managers, influencing their decisions and building our future
You will partner with multiple departments to drive the hiring process
Create and implement standard methodologies and recruiting strategies to hire top talent
Execute recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the candidate, new hire, hiring manager, and recruiting experience.
