JOB DETAILS
2+ years of experience into HR (Recruitment, Operation)
Implement Performance review Procedure (Annually) and Bonus processing
Recruitment will be major part. Hiring candidates for Sales Position and Sales Supports
Implement effective Sourcing, Screening and Interviewing Techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate with Learning and Development team for employees training and skill developments
Payroll processing for Onroll and Offroll employees. Act as point of contact regarding any labour legislation issues
Managing Employee's grievances, Employees file and E-file management
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
Create and update various employees database and ensure the details are with Zero errors
Coordinate with Company's vendor (Consultancy, Service Team, Universities etc)
Coordinate with Zonal team in terms (Recrutiment, Database Management, Employee Engagements, Labour Legislation)
Travel across Zone to coordinate with Branch Office
Qualification
Proven work experience as an HR Executive
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with full-cycle recruiting Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Demonstrable leadership abilities Solid communication skills, Excel and Presentation skills
BBA, MBA, MSW - Human Resources Management or relevant field
Will be reporting to Zonal HR Manager - South
