Job description
Collaborate with hiring managers to Conduct full recruitment- cycle activities, including job postings / scouting, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
Onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
Create, Implement and manage HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Conceptualize, design and deploy Rewards & Recognition program for the location
Administer employee training and development initiatives, identifying skill gaps and implementing appropriate training programs.
Execute and support performance management framework and initiatives including management of appraisal cycles and employee review process. Conduct training sessions for managers on the performance management and development program
End-to-end HR process management including HRIS maintenance, Employee Life Cycle Management including exit interviews and analytics, talent enablement and engagement.
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.
Prepare and publish reports on HR solutions/various HR initiatives
Contribution to HR initiatives or project teams focused on increasing organisational effectiveness
