Roles and Responsibilities
Writing up Job descriptions, performance reviews and personal objectives
Responsible for maintaining the entire life cycle of recruitment.
Providing comprehensive HR support to service to work colleagues, employees, and the company as a whole.
Managing In house payroll function from end to end.
Maintaining employee data and records.
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries.
Preparing and amending necessary HR documents i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
Requirements :
.Minimum Graduate required
Language preference - Fluent English and Hindi
