Job Description
We are scouting for female Candidate to take care of Training & development / Recruitment /Engagement and On boarding process of our units at NOIDA. Candidate should have good communication skills and in-depth knowledge of Concept, best practices and computer. Preference will be given to candidate having working experience of Manufacturing company.
Identification of TNI through various sources & creating training calendar accordingly
Preparation of AOP Financial and Non-Financial Tracking and controlling training cost as per the budget
Standardization & Streamlining the L&D function across the locations
Design training interventions & learning Series as per TNI Calendar- Develop learning objectives, lesson plans, training procedure for Fast Track or Normal Track employees
Training Effectiveness Analysis- Ensure transfer of learning on the job through 4-Stage Training Evaluation & Effectiveness
Check as per the learning objectives and other methods
Reporting & Data Management-collecting, collating, analysing & maintaining data from various sources & BUs. Monitor, evaluate and maintain training records; Creating Training Communication mailers
Handling and delivering audits per the annual Audit plan ISO 9001/ISO: 45001/SA-8000
To take care of end to end HR, like recruitment, On boarding, talent management, PMS, Learning and development and exit formalities.
Desired Candidate Profile
She should be MSW/MBA- in HR and should have 2-6 years experience
