Job description
Generalist with exposure to all aspects of HR operations
Should be familiar with HR systems like HRIS, PMS, LMS etc. Back-end exposure to these systems as an admin, familiarity with activities such as report downloads, data crunching etc
Handling HR tickets/queries daily basis.
Should have dealt with a setup which is a combination of automation and manual HR activities
Exposure to employee on-boarding activities
Experience of supporting team members with HR related data, relevant reports etc.
Excellent with MIS/reporting
The ideal person for this position should be a confident communicator, meticulous and detail oriented, familiar and intuitive with HR systems (HRIS, LMS and Perf mgt), adaptable in his/her approach to work and motivated strongly by learning and exposure.
