Roles and Responsibilities
Handling End to End Inhouse Entry to Exit Formalities.
Handling Grievance related with Payroll, operations, Joining formalities.
Should have handled Pan India Joining Formalities, Induction , Documentation, Payroll .
Desired Candidate Profile
Min 7 years of Experience in HR Operations
Should have handled min 400 to 500 Inhouse staff and handled their Grievance , Induction , Joining Formalities and Payroll .
Should be Okay with Work form Office.
Need Excellent Communications Skills.
