Roles and Responsibilities
-As part of the Talent Management team, the incumbent will be engaged in the delivery of HR activities related to the employee life cycle.
-Joining related: hand holding the employee from the time the offer is made to ensure smooth joining, completion of new employees joining formalities, ensure timely and complete documentation of employee records.
-Files and data work: documentation/ File Management; preparation and issuance of the employee letters like Experience and Relieving letters.
-Background Verifications: Co-ordination with BGV vendor for verification initiation, additional information required, payments, etc.; Co-ordination with employees for BGV form filling, document submission, additional documentation required.
-Exit Management: Conducting exit interviews and maintaining the exit data.
-Employee Communication: Preparation of data and release of communication for employee benefits and programs.
-Employee Workshops: coordinating the Whistle-blower and POSH workshops and reparation of the annual returns under Act.
-Appraisals: preparation of base data for appraisals, the release of appraisal emails to employees and managers, follow-through of the same.
-General: Vetting/ Re-checking of HR MIS data; preparation of employee letters, SNU Grant letters, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
> 3 - 6 years in HR activities (business partner HR/ HR operations/ HR shared services roles)
> Excellent written and oral communication skills
> Good command over MS Office suite
> Immediate Joiners Preferred
