Hi Everyone
We are looking for Hr Executives - Talent Acquisition for a reputed BPO in Noida location .
Prior work experience in Bulk requirement would be an added advantage .Need team players
with proven track record into Talent Acquisition .
Roles and Responsibilities
end to end recruitment
screening candidates through various source mixes (job portals, consultancies, own network etc.)
Responsible for sourcing candidates from different job portals
Lining up relevant profiles for interview
Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
On boarding formalities .
Desired Candidate Profile
Good Communications skills
Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills
Graduate or Post graduate.
Prior minimum 6 month sourcing or calling work experience would be preferred.
