Screening profiles according to the job specifications
Conducting the first level of interviews and salary negotiations with prospective candidates
Coordination / Pre joining engagement with the candidates till successful on boarding.
Coordinating with various departments for the hiring process and fulfilling the requirements.
Prepare HR letters/ documents
Ensure statutory compliance for PF withdrawal, Monthly challans
Knowledge of EPF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity
Payroll Process, preparing salary slips
Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets
Excellent communication skills.
Superior Communication and Interaction skills
Demonstrated management presentation abilities
Strong Inter- personnel and negotiation skills
Should be able to work independent
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have MBA with HR specialization
Should have at least 4 years of experience with above mentioned R&R
Excellent command over English language
Strong presentation skills for presentation of compensation program/practice recommendations to senior management
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with management and employees on various human resources issues
Strong comprehension skills for understanding needs and concerns and developing and applying solutions Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word; HRIS systems will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
