Job description
We are seeking an HR Executive with a strong focus on hiring, monitoring, and training to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a proactive approach to employee development and performance management. This role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to multitask, and a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job postings, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
Coordinate job offers and negotiate employment terms.
2.Monitoring and Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor employee productivity, engagement, and development.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs and initiatives.
3.Training and Development:
Design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on recruitment, monitoring, and training.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
