Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Taking care of documentation part for induction and orientation of the new hires including all On-Boarding formalities
2. Conducting discussions with employees, focusing towards reversal of resignations and retention of the employee.
3. Processing the exit formalities FNF, exit interviews and relieving process of the employee.
4. Employee engagement activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferably MBA(HR) with minimum 3 years experience in HR generalist role with ITES / IT company.

Open for 12 noon - 9 p.m. shift.
