Job description
Job Title: Sr. HR Manager/Sr. HR Analyst
Education: MBA HR or relevant
Experience
Hands on experience in handling the team of 10 members.
Required experience 6 to 8 years.
Must have knowledge of excel tools or Power BI or Tableau.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying and working with the HR team to resolve various HR related issues.
Hands on experience in competitors analysis/ market analysis.
Communicating with authorities where necessary and helping with trouble shooting and any HR needs.
Identify top reasons why candidates and employees choose to work with our company and recommend areas of improvement for our HR procedures.
Helping with HR job audits and HR investigations and following up with relevant parties
Creating and delivering specialised presentations and training on HR related topics across the business.
Providing advice and support to authorities in the organisation regarding HR policies, processes, and best practice
Analysing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions
Assisting the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practise within the company
Potentially supervising with training and providing coverage and feedback of staff performance.
Knowledge of job portals and strategize the hiring plan.
Responsible to give guidance in achieving team hiring targets
Competencies -
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
Good market research abilities
Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits etc.
MBA in HR or related field.
Strong in decision making.
Must have experience in handling 8 to 10 members of team.
Salary: Fixed CTC up to 9 LPA.
