Having excellent knowledge of HR recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations and closing and follow up with candidate even after on boarded.
Recruiting candidates through various Job portals, internal database, through social network, cold calling, referrals, and other strategies.
Maintaining good database of candidates
Candidates will be preferred having experience in handling recruitment financial sector
