Should have prior experience in HR ops.

Prepare offer letters
perform joining formalities and complete documentation for all new joiners
Conduct background checks.
Track employees attendance and take steps to minimize absenteeism.
Will be extensively working on Applicant tracking system
Vendor co-ordination
Work closely with TA team in terms of closing numbers / hirings
Sat & Sun fixed off
