Job description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Orion IT Services. This will be a night shift position as per US time zone. The HR Manager will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including employee recruitment and onboarding, performance management, policy development and implementation, employee relations, and HR compliance. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient and productive work environment.
