Job description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. HR Executive to join our rocking team. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Handling employee engagement ( One- on- One Sessions)
Manage employees grievances.
Handle HR Operation and experience handling software (including HRIS and ATS).
Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven work experience of 4-6 years as a Sr. HR Executive or similar role.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience with technical full-cycle recruiting.
Solid communication skills.
Experience in Start-up organization.
IT product base company experience preferred.
