Job description
Supporting in Onboarding and induction process
Understand the statutory compliances and monitor the required pre-requisites
Involve in payroll inputs process
Manage employee Information and personal files/ employee records
Should be able to manage database in HRIS
Executing transfers/promotions/confirmations, etc., as per process
Handling employee queries over phone/email/portal and ensuring time-bound closure
All Policy/Process documentation, access and education/awareness
Defining Metrics/SLAs and regularly measuring/reporting performance to business
Improving efficiency and effectiveness in HR delivery
Only male candidate is required.
