Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Design and implement overall recruiting and retention strategy
Direct accountability for end to end recruitment process.
Understanding the organizations plans, objectives and expansion plans to evaluate the required manpower at various Locations and ensuring on time sourcing of quality manpower for various verticals in order to drive efficiencies.
Responsible for Campus ,lateral as well as volume hiring through multiple sources
Sourcing of candidates through Job Portals, Head Hunting. Social Media etc
Responsible for managing and ensuring strong performance on time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of candidates.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Source and impanel new vendors (recruitment consultants) which would assist in the recruitment process.
Responsible for coordinating with vendors for the Blue collar Hiring in a factory.
Monitoring the On-Board Formalities, Induction & Orientation programs for new joiners.
Responsible for training & development and performance appraisal.
Responsible for payroll and attendance management.
Should have the experience in working on software.
Responsible for statutory compliance and audit.
Handle the employee grievances and employee engagement activities.
