Job description
Role and Responsibilities:-
- Collect and compile meaningful HR metrics from current process and policy parameters to
identify areas of improvement for enhancing employee experience
- Build and maintain a positive environment to train and develop HR team members to foster
understanding of broad HR principles, policies, procedures and systems with a high level of
customer service focus
- Assist in the planning and implementation of key organizational/HR initiatives. Collaborate with
HR Business partners and business teams to execute programs in a timely and effective
manner
- Responsible for building, maintaining, and upgrading KRAs, SOPs, Process Maps and creating
documents on various new and existing process
- Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving
overall employee satisfaction
- Hands-on experience on IT Profiles.
- Exposer of hiring Cloud, Data Center, Software development.
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (F2F/Virtual/Telephonic Interview etc)
- End to end recruitment process by using various methods (Naukri, LinkedIn etc) and network
with potential candidates including social media platforms.
- Managing end to end Recruitment that includes sourcing, screening, interview scheduling &
coordination, etc
- Sourcing the right profiles from the Job Portals by performing an appropriate search. Sourcing
suitable candidates within timelines.
- Team handling experience
- Self-driven to achieve assigned Job, good salary negotiation skill
- Adept in payroll software and other IT application;
- Well-versed in local country employment ordinances, tax practices and pension and related
ordinances;
- Managing HRMS tools for smooth employee cycle management.
- Collation of payroll inputs received from various sources & submit it to vendor for further
processing.
- Preparing & validating payroll related compliances and monthly reports like PF, ESI.
- Managing Payroll related statutory compliances (TAX, PF, and ESI), statutory remittances to the
concerned authorities as per calendar, and 100% compliance.
- Handling employees PF related queries i.e withdrawal, transfer, KYC approve, DOL update etc.
through In-house ticketing tool.
- Coordination with Vendors & finance team to ensure timely payment of all invoices.
- Work with Audit & Legal team on 100% adherence on all statutory matters.
- Maintaining all compliance registers under labour law like Attendance Register, Wages Register,
Minimum wages Register, Maternity Register, Register of Fines, deductions, Advance
Register, equal reimbursement register etc.
- Joining Formalities and documentation handling (Appointment, Appraisal, Warnings etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Ability to perform online research
- Attention to detail, logical reasoning
- Sound knowledge of MS excel, word and powerpoint and PPT presentation.
- Good Written and Verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks
- Preferably from IT Recruitment Background
- Must have prior Experience in Recruitment
- Must have good presentation skills.
Shift Timing:- 5 days working, rotational shift
