Roles and Responsibilities
1.Recruitment & Selection:
Responsible for manpower planning, preparing JD, Sourcing, shortlisting & scheduling candidates for interview through multiple sources ((Naukri/ other job portals, social media handles such as LinkedIn etc.) and other innovative sources, headhunting, references & social media, etc. until the candidate joins.
Should be adept at negotiating and finalizing the offer and ensure the candidate on-boards successfully.
Effectively plan and coordinate candidates pre-joining activities, own end to end candidate experience, pre-onboarding engagement, and post-joining experience.
2. Competency Mapping
Prepare the KRAs of the described position in the organization.
Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization.
3. Employee Engagement
Developing and implementing, engagement activities such as Birthday Emails, Festive Celebration (Diwali/ Christmas) etc.
4.On-boarding/ Training & Development:
Coordinate and conduct the induction program for all new joiners.
Organizing & coordinating and training programs
5.HR Operations:
Issue the offer letter and appointment letters/ retainership agreement related to employment.
Complete the on-boarding formalities of new joining at Head-Office, Factory & site locations.
Keep a track of background verification of new employees and coordination with vendor.
Prepare and submit weekly tracker for Recruitment, New Joiner, Confirmation, Offer letter, Appointment letter, Retainer & Background Verification.
Other Skills:
Good Communication & interpersonal skills (Both written and spoken)
Excellent Coordination skills.
Self-starter and self-motivated.
Adaptable, flexible and agility for quick learning. Must be a team player
Must be able to meet recruitment deadlines.
Hands on MS Excel/ Outlook/ Word. MS PowerPoint will be preferred.
Hands on HRIS ERP & prior exposure is mandatory
Required Qualification & Certification: Graduate/Post-Graduate, MBA is preferred

Macawber Beekay is a part of renowned BSBK Group, which started its activities way back in 1918 in field of Civil Engineering and Construction and later gradually diversified into other areas.
