Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
PF, ESIC calculation challan generation and remittance in monthly payroll
Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries
General administrative tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
4 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR compliances
Good spoken and written communication skills
Knowledge and experience in Labour Laws - Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of wages Act, Bonus Act, Factories Act, Contract labour Act , Payment of gratuity Act etc.
Knowledge of payroll processing
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word
