Job description We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our companys recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees to facilitate their smooth integration into the organization. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including timely submission of reports and documentation. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects. Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR-related matters. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR policies and processes. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus). Proven work experience as an HR professional, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements. Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
