Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience as an HR generalist Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving

Full time MBA/PGDM in HR
Job Responsibilities
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training development initiatives
Able to independently drive the complete training cycle at organization level - training need identification, identifying and finalizing trainers, publish monthly training calendars, execute trainings, feedback, and training effectiveness
Able to manage all training records on-time as per the compliance and audit needs
Participate in audit and ensure 100% compliance as per organization needs Implement innovative ideas to develop a culture of learning and development
Able to manage client interactions with leaders, managers, employees, and external agencies with excellent professionalism
Display problem solving attitude to offer on-time solutions to employee questions and queries
Keeps track of tickets in the system raised by employees and drive closure within the defined SLAs
Manage rewards and recognition for all employees as per the defined policy and framework
Implement innovative ideas to build a culture of recognition
Identify process/practices gaps and implement innovative solutions to drive employee engagement and satisfaction
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and publish monthly dashboards
Able to create professional power point decks and business proposals for leadership review
Conceptualize and implement fun at work practices in collaboration with internal committee Conducts exit interviews and report key findings
Undertake tasks around performance management, compensation benefits, and HR operations as per business need
