Roles and Responsibilities

Our main business is R&D and manufacturing of electronic device parts. Based on the development technology and intellectual property rights of our headquarters, we produce and sell various electronic components overseas. Our business division consists of electronic parts business division that produces/sells power modules, 3IN1 boards, etc., and ICT business division that produces/sells ESL, IoT, etc.

[Job Details]
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment support.
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
4. Design and implement a performance management system that aligns with the company's goals and values
5. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance reviews, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans
6. Training and Development
7. Implement onboarding programs for new hires to facilitate their integration into the company
8. HR Policies and Compliance
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies
10. Update and maintain the employee handbook and other HR policies and procedures.
11. Advise management on legal and regulatory issues related to human resources
12. HR Audit internal and external.
13. Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
14. Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
15. Preparing warning, termination, experience, promotion and relieving letter.
16. Creating clear and concise reports
17. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
18. Knowledge of employees statutory compliance (attendance, leave, ESI, PF etc)
19. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
20. Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
21. Strong ethics and reliability.

> Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
> Hindi (Native), English (Fluent)
