Job description
Requirements:
The candidate should be a graduate or post-graduate in Human Resources (HR) specialization.
He/she should have a minimum of 3 years of full-time corporate working experience in the field of HR only.
He/she should be smart, experienced in dealing with exits, tough conversions of candidates and well-versed in all kinds of compliances.
He/she should have prior experience of working on HR policies, employee engagement activities, and liaising with different stakeholders and all the employees to ensure employee satisfaction at all times.
Experience in Learning & Development (L&D)
He/she should have excellent written and spoken language skills.
Responsibilities:
Take interviews of prospective candidates and be able to select those who are the right fit for the organization
Coordinate with the health and accidental insurance agency to ensure that all team members have their policies provided by the company, in place.
Manage employee engagement activities like monthly fun events and other special events for engagement and better bonding.
Frame/ review HR policies and update the employee handbook/mini handbook atleast once in a quarter
Prepare offer letters, annexures (salary structures), experience, relieving and termination letters
Coordinate with the designers to release the internal newsletter every month.
Maintain the leave balance sheet for all employees
Use email and internal communication channel to welcome new employees and wish all employees on important occasions like birthdays, work anniversaries, wedding anniversaries.
Perform a thorough performance appraisal process. Prepare and release appraisal and bonus letters post the review with the stakeholders
Apprise and be available to the employees to inform them about all companys policies/ etiquette and rules and regulations to be kept in mind.
Conduct soft-skills and other appropriate trainings as per the requirements of the team.
Take exit interviews and be well-versed in handling termination scenarios as well
Collaboration with the jobs and the accounts teams whenever required.
