ROLE
Responsible for handling end-to-end HR Payroll & Compliance activities like Processing of payroll in stipulated time and control of the annual budget and key performance indicators for the HR like Manpower turnover ratio, Payroll data accuracy, Manpower cost, Maintain compliance records on optimum level, ensurance of implementation and maintain HR SOP etc.
