Job description
We are looking for an HR Generalist/HR Executive who would be responsible for the below mentioned Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
The HR Generalist/HR Executive will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with a focus on employee relations, HR operations, and administrative tasks. This role involves coordinating various HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling end to end recruitment ( IT Recruitment)
Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Handle Payroll
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in physical and electronic formats.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes.
Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development initiatives.
Collaborate with managers on performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Generate HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and events as required.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion.
Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture through engagement activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR functions.
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
