Job description
This position is strictly for the HR Personnel who have experience in IT Hiring.
Role and Responsibilities:
Taking over complete sourcing and candidates calling and lining up to assist the HR leads.
Helping in recruitment and selection. Sourcing candidates from various sources (Naukri, Linkedin, indeed, and other portals), Job posting, calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating for interviews
Implementing various activities in the office and internal celebrations
Social Media Hiring
MBA/PGDM with HR is a must.
Good Communication English Speaking
Computer & Internet Savy. Should work efficiently on MS Office
Should be able to Handle End to End HR Operations
Capable of handling Onboarding/ Exits & documentation
Understanding of Indian Payroll and compliance
