Job description
Educational Qualification : MBA HR/ PGD in HR/ from a reputed institute.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in diverse HR roles.
Preference for Experience of working in a Government/Autonomous/Semi-Govt bodies /PSU.
Job Profile:
Responsible for Employee Management Life Cycle i.e from hiring onwards including performance appraisal.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including assessments and in-person interviews, New empanelment of agencies & working with current staffing agencies for Regular recruitments, Co-ordination with various Division for recruitments requirements.
Organize Induction program for new hires.
Monitor implementation of HR systems, such as Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Career and Succession Planning etc.
Responsible for maintaining all HR records related to leave and attendance in internal system
Manage payroll processing.
Manage employee relations activities, employee issues and employee engagement programs.
Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's HR policies and practices.
Ensure implementation of HR policy and compliance of the same and give inputs on HR policies w.r.t its compliance.
Ensure effective communication of HR System and Policies and consistent application across levels.
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliances are adhered consistently.
Any other work allotted from time to time from the HR department.
Key responsibilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Manage HR business system-dependent schedules procedures Payroll, HR Benefits, including holiday schedules etc.
Explore and implement the market best practices in the recruitment.
Creation and communication of KRAs and KPIs to all the employees and measuring the same.
Hands on experience in MS OFFICE and drafting of policies/SOPs/Manuals.

Contractual (On Contract basis for a period of One year as full-time employment (Renewable on the basis of satisfactory performance).
