JOB DETAILS
Job Summary:
Candidates must have experience in Sourcing from Job portals like Naukri, Shine, Linkedin etc
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates .
Should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening to on boarding
Conducting Interviews and maintaining track of each candidate.
Desired Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment is preferred.
Hands-on experience on Job Portals preferred.
Experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter preferred)
Experience:
1- Must be a Graduate/MBA and have experience (6months and above).
2- Laptop is mandatory
3- Internet Connection is mandatory
4- Day Job (Working hrs. 9am to 6pm)
Location- Noida 135
Salary - Fixed + incentives
