Job description
We are looking for a Human Resources with experience in day-to-day HR processes and serve as the company's authoritative expert on matters concerning HR procedures. One who is focused on making work a better place for employees.

Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate HR procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource govt requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Requirements
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Possess excellent people and communication skills, tolerance for ambiguity, and the enthusiasm to contribute to building a great company
Excellent communication and people skills with effective command of English
Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Keen sense of making a difference in the world
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skills
BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
