Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment experience i.e. from sourcing potential candidate
till salary Negotiations, offer releasing, joining formalities & onboarding.
Handling initial round of HR interview to evaluate the candidate's fitment.
Experience in full life-cycle recruitment for both Permanent & Contractual positions
Sourcing the profiles, Validating the credentials in the profile, initial discussion to map the profile against the present demand, shortlisting the profiles, Scheduling the shortlists / prospects for interview process, document collection for validation, understanding the salary components and negotiating the notice period of candidate, follow-up with the offered candidate.
Co-ordination with Technical panel, Schedule the interviews and collect the feedback. Daily, Weekly & Monthly.
Recruitment status report maintain & updates.
Maintaining all excel sheets for applicants and requirement status Coordinating with operations team for Raising Offer Letter, Salary negotiation & follow up till closure and joining.
Assist other HR related work also.

Must be good communication skills as well as strong on recruitment.
