Roles and Responsibilities
To Review & update Attendance Policy.
Maintain Employees Files, Database, and other information in hard as well as soft Copy (HRIS Software).
Preparing ID Card of New Joiner, Create new company email and other as well.
To Manage Payable days, Leave, OD, CO calculation for final attendance sheet.
Leave Management as per the Policy.
Responsible for MIS and Analytic reports, attrition reports, and others as per the need of the management.
Responsible for handling complaints and grievance procedures related to ID card, finger print, Attendance & others.
To keep update the stock of Leave/Miss punch books & apply accordingly.
To coordinate with HRIS software agency for new modification, implementation & other related issues.
To verify final attendance & issue Relevant letters to the employees.
Need to follow POSH Compliance's and arrange meetings /trainings accordingly.
Preparing different kinds of letters as per the need of the management/employees.

Must be good communication skills as well as strong on manage attendance
