Maintaining personnel file of employees.
Recruitment, Joining formalities, Induction, Confirmation, Regularization, Appraisal and Exit formalities of employees'.
Regular feedback/interactions with staff and keeping management informed of staff sentiments/concerns/challenges.
Induction of new joiners, Company's Presentation & Briefing.
Briefing about Existing HR Policy.
Departmental Induction.
Providing Trainings & taking their feedbacks in feedback forms.
